Prior to construction, Max was a Banking consultant, more specifically, in the subprime lending arena. Max studied Mechanical Physics at UCD and is a pilot.

His work included claim structuring and negotiations between insurance companies and insured. Prior to insurance arbitration, Winston worked as a Military Researcher for several years. He currently lives in Arlington, VA with his wife and young son.
